Q: What is your delivery/turnaround time?
A: Our turnaround time is 7 days from the approval of artwork – we take our deadlines seriously and we like to work fast to ensure a pleasant experience.

Q: How long do your products last?
A: ScrimWorks use the best materials available to ensure your investment in the signage adds great value to your business. Depending upon the conditions of the installation, (i.e. weather and UV), you can expect to get a minimum of a year. As we ensure our materials and finishing techniques are of the highest strength, you can rest assured that even in high winds our products will stand up to the test.

Q: I have a large perimeter for my event/construction site, do you mix and match?
A:
Often the most effective way to ensure you’re getting the most out of your branding is having as much exposure as you can, and it is more cost effective to mix and match across our range. It is very common to use BannerMesh and ScrimMesh in high traffic areas, and Shade Cloth for the remainder.

Q: Do you negotiate or do package deals?
A:
ScrimWorks understands that every business is different, and budgets can be restrictive in some cases. We are more than happy to discuss price breaks and package deals with your business to ensure we can add as much value to the purchase as we can.

Q: What is the best way to install the Banners to a fence?
A:
Cable ties are an excellent solution for strength. They’re cost effective and readily available from all hardware stores. ScrimWorks installers use 7mm wide ties, and have never encountered a circumstance where they failed.

Q: Our installation is in a high wind area, what should I do?
A:
In the case of a high wind area, ensure your fence is appropriately braced/installed, and make sure the Banner is very taut against the fence. Our finishing techniques mean the eyelets will resist tearing out even in up to 100km/h winds when properly installed. Additionally, you could consider Kedar and Sail Track finishing for that little bit of extra strength.

Q: What is the most effective Banner design?
A:
It depends upon your intended messages. Keeping it simple is always best. Always ensure the design is clean and uncluttered, it’s clear who you are and what you do, and there is a way potential clients can get in touch with your business or find more information though an email, website, or phone number, and perhaps a ‘call to action’. If you need more advice, feel free to get in touch with us on 02 8006 1138.

Q: What is the best way to send our artwork and logo files?
A:
The best formats are always vector based, and we generally export our artwork at 300dpi to a .pdf, with no bleed lines or printers marks.

Q: What payment methods to do you accept?
A: We can take credit cards over the phone, bank deposit (details are on the invoices), or PayPal. Feel free to let us know which is you preferred method and we’re happy to accommodate.
